The Owner
Steven C. Hoffart, PharmD, FAAFM
STEVEN C. HOFFART, PHARMD, received his Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy with highest honors in 1994 and a Doctorate in Pharmacy from the University of Texas at Austin in 2000. He also holds a board certification and fellowship through the American Academy of Anti-Aging (A4M).
In November of 2002, Dr. Hoffart saw a need for a more personal pharmacy that could make an impact in the community on a larger scale. Magnolia Pharmacy strives to best work with the "triad". The triad is a strong working relationship between the patient, physician, and pharmacy to solve medication problems and provide real solutions for patients to achieve better health and wellness. Cultivating this working relationship has ultimately produced a unique pharmacy experience for each Magnolia Pharmacy patient.
Since 2002, Dr. Hoffart has received numerous awards and recognition for his dedication to the pharmacy profession. Dr. Hoffart is also a member of The International Academy for Compounding Pharmacists (IACP), National Community Pharmacists Association (NCPA), American Pharmacies buying Co-op (APRx), and the Professional Compounding Centers of America (PCCA).Always striving to achieve excellence, Magnolia Pharmacy is one of only a few dozen pharmacies in the state of Texas to be accredited by the Pharmacy Compounding Accreditation Board (PCAB).
In his spare time, Steve enjoys watching baseball and rooting on the Houston Astros, Snow skiing, and spending time with his wife Dana and his two sons, Ryan and Preston.

Lisa Beam, Pharm.D.
Consultant Pharmacist
Lisa received her Doctor of Pharmacy from Xavier University College of Pharmacy in New Orleans in 2006, graduating with honors. She has been a staff pharmacist for Magnolia Pharmacy since 2007. Working with compounded medications ignited an interest in bio-identical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT). She then received continuing education BHRT, functional aspects of total health, and nutrition. Since then, Lisa has been Magnolia Pharmacy's BHRT consulting pharmacist. Lisa also played division 1 soccer while achieving her undergraduate and still plays on a coed team every Sunday with her husband, James. They have two kids and enjoy spending time with them and watching them participate in their many activities. They also enjoy traveling through the US and around the world every chance they get.
Ryan Hoffart, PharmD
Staff Pharmacist
Ryan received his Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Texas at Austin College of Pharmacy in 2023. He is both nonsterile and sterile compounding certified and works in both the traditional and compounding departments. Ryan enjoys spending time with friends in Austin and Dallas, attending sporting events and traveling with family across the country.
Allison Moravetz, R.Ph.
Staff Pharmacist
Allison graduated in 1996 from the University of LA Monroe College of Pharmacy. Allison has been a Staff Pharmacist with Magnolia Pharmacy since 2006. Allison specializes in medication therapy management. Her job is to ensure the best therapeutic outcome and advise patients on health behaviors & lifestyle modifications. In her spare time, Allison loves traveling and spending time with her husband, David, and their three children.
Hannah Luck, PharmD
Staff Pharmacist
Hannah received her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Houston College of Pharmacy in 2019. She previously worked as a Pharmacy Manager in a community pharmacy in Spring, TX, before joining Magnolia Pharmacy in 2022. Hannah is interested in Women's Health and looks forward to adding to her clinical knowledge through the conferences, and colleagues at Magnolia Pharmacy. In her spare time, Hannah loves traveling and spending time with her husband, Chris, and their dog, Pumpkin.
Jennifer Penny, PharmD

Staff Pharmacist
Jennifer received her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Houston College of Pharmacy in 2000. She has been a staff pharmacist with Magnolia Pharmacy since 2003. Previously, Jennifer worked in critical care and transplant pharmacy at Methodist Hospital in Houston. She currently works part-time at Magnolia Pharmacy and home-schools her two sons. In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys crafting, cheering on the Houston Astros, and watching college football. Jennifer and her husband, Jack, also enjoy camping with their sons.
Faith Mintz, Pharm D
Staff Pharmacist
Faith received her Doctor of Pharmacy from Texas A&M College of Pharmacy in 2022. She joined Magnolia Pharmacy in 2019; throughout her years with the pharmacy, she has served as a customer service representative, pharmacy technician, pharmacist intern, and now pharmacist. She is both nonsterile and sterile compounding certified and has a passion for exploring all the options for specialized treatment compounding offers. Faith enjoys listening to true crime podcasts and spending time outside with her daughter, husband, and their four dogs and two cats in her spare time.
Jim Hauser, R.Ph
Pharmacist
Jim graduated with honors from the University of Houston College of Pharmacy in 1991. Jim joined Magnolia Pharmacy as a Staff Pharmacist with Magnolia Pharmacy since 2018. Jim previously practiced community pharmacy in Conroe and The Woodlands before joining our team. He is sterile compounding certified and compounds sterile medications in the cleanroom at Magnolia Pharmacy. Jim loves spending time with his wife, Kathy, and their two daughters and son. In his spare time, he enjoys playing the guitar, playing basketball, and traveling.
Haley Collavo
Director of Marketing & Sales
Haley graduated with honors from Texas A&M University with a Bachelors of Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. Haley has worked for Magnolia Pharmacy since 2011. As the Director of Marketing and Sales, Haley works on the branding, social presence, and image of the pharmacy as well as educating physicians and patients on compounded medications and alternative therapies the pharmacy offers.
Haley regularly attends conferences and has spoken nationally on several topics related to pharmacy marketing. In 2017, Haley was recognized as a PCCA marketer of the month. Haley has also been featured on the “Mortar and Pestle Podcast” through PCCA to share her expertise in Pharmacy Marketing. In her spare time, Haley enjoys spending time with her husband Troy, and daughter Stella. Haley also likes to attend conferences to learn more about functional medicine and enjoys competitive exercising and remodeling.
