Personalized Medications Compounded Just For You

The "One-Size-Fits-All" Problem

Most pharmacies pull a medication off the shelf and call it done. We don't work that way.

At Magnolia Pharmacy, every compound is built to match your prescriber's exact specifications — the right dose, the right form, the right fit for your body.

Our lab is equipped beyond what most pharmacies carry, so our pharmacists can do what mass-produced medications can't: Customized medications for the individual.

What does custom compounding mean for me?

That means removing dyes, fillers, or preservatives you react to. Changing a pill into a liquid or transdermal gel if swallowing is a barrier. Compounding a pet medication into a flavor your animal will actually take.

Whether the need is hormone therapy, pain management, or something your commercial pharmacy couldn't fill — we find a way to make it work.

Frequently Asked Questions

Compounding can feel complex, but we're here to make it simple. Explore our frequently asked questions to learn more about personalized prescriptions and how they may support your health needs.

Can you compound medications free of allergens (gluten, dyes, preservatives, etc.)?

Yes. We can prepare medications without common allergens such as gluten, soy, dairy, dyes, or preservatives, depending on patient needs. Please specify any restrictions on the prescription, and our pharmacists will ensure the formulation meets those requirements.

What quality and safety standards do you follow?

Magnolia Pharmacy compounds are prepared under USP <795>, <797>, and <800> guidelines following all state and federal regulations, using ingredients from FDA-registered suppliers. Every prescription is verified for accuracy and quality before it leaves our pharmacy.

What forms and dosage options do you offer?

We can prepare medications in a variety of delivery forms — including capsules, creams, troches, sublingual liquids, suppositories, injections, and more. If you're unsure which form best suits your patient, our pharmacists can help guide the decision.

Do you provide patient education materials?

Yes. We offer product specific handouts, dosing instructions, and educational resources to your patients with their compounded medications to support adherence and confidence in their therapy.

Do you bill insurance for compounded medications?

Due to the individualized nature of compounded prescriptions, we are unable to bill insurance directly. However, we provide free universal claim forms containing all the necessary information for patients to submit to their insurance plan for potential reimbursement.

I'd like to learn more about what your pharmacy offers. What's the best way to get more information?

We'd love to share more about our services. Call our prescriber line at (281) 356-5862 or email support@magnoliapharmacy.com, and a member of our team will connect you with the resources you need.

What therapeutic areas do you specialize in?
