Steve Hoffart, PharmD is a nationally recognized functional medicine pharmacist, award-winning compounding expert, and the creator of The Trusted Pharmacist platform — where he teaches millions how to take control of their health using science-backed, root-cause medicine.
He owns Magnolia Pharmacy, an accredited personalized medicine pharmacy in Texas known for advanced compounding, hormone therapy, metabolic optimization, microbiome-focused gut support, and high-touch patient care. Steve was named PCCA’s Pharmacist of the Year for his leadership in modern compounding and collaborative healthcare.
As a health educator with viral social media reach, Steve has produced reels surpassing 5 million views, sharing proven strategies on hormones, thyroid function, toxins, magnesium, insulin resistance, peptides, and longevity-focused medicine. His podcast, The Trusted Pharmacist, features top experts in integrative medicine and helps listeners understand the “why” behind their symptoms — not just the medications they’re prescribed.

Lisa received her Doctor of Pharmacy from Xavier University College of Pharmacy in New Orleans in 2006, graduating with honors. She has been a staff pharmacist for Magnolia Pharmacy since 2007. Working with compounded medications ignited an interest in bio-identical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT). She then received continuing education BHRT, functional aspects of total health, and nutrition. Since then, Lisa has been Magnolia Pharmacy's BHRT consulting pharmacist. Lisa also played Division 1 soccer while achieving her undergraduate and still plays on a co-ed team every Sunday with her husband, James. They have two kids and enjoy spending time with them and watching them participate in their many activities. They also enjoy traveling through the US and around the world every chance they get.
Ryan received his Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Texas at Austin College of Pharmacy in 2023. He is both nonsterile and sterile compounding certified and works in both the traditional and compounding departments. Ryan enjoys spending time with friends in Austin and Dallas, attending sporting events and traveling with family across the country.
Hannah received her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Houston College of Pharmacy in 2019. She previously worked as a Pharmacy Manager in a community pharmacy in Spring, TX, before joining Magnolia Pharmacy in 2022. Hannah is interested in Women's Health and looks forward to adding to her clinical knowledge through the conferences and colleagues at Magnolia Pharmacy. In her spare time, Hannah loves traveling and spending time with her husband, Chris, and their dog, Pumpkin.
Allison graduated in 1996 from the University of LA Monroe College of Pharmacy. Allison has been a Staff Pharmacist with Magnolia Pharmacy since 2006. Allison specializes in medication therapy management. Her job is to ensure the best therapeutic outcome and advise patients on health behaviors and lifestyle modifications. In her spare time, Allison loves traveling and spending time with her husband, David, and their three children.
Faith received her Doctor of Pharmacy from Texas A&M College of Pharmacy in 2022. She joined Magnolia Pharmacy in 2019; throughout her years with the pharmacy, she has served as a customer service representative, pharmacy technician, pharmacist intern, and now pharmacist. She is both nonsterile and sterile compounding certified and has a passion for exploring all the options for specialized treatment compounding offers. Faith enjoys listening to true crime podcasts and spending time outside with her daughter, husband, and their four dogs and two cats in her spare time.
Jennifer received her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Houston College of Pharmacy in 2000. She has been a staff pharmacist with Magnolia Pharmacy since 2003. Previously, Jennifer worked in critical care and transplant pharmacy at Methodist Hospital in Houston. She currently works part-time at Magnolia Pharmacy and home-schools her two sons. In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys crafting, cheering on the Houston Astros, and watching college football. Jennifer and her husband, Jack, also enjoy camping with their sons.
Jim graduated with honors from the University of Houston College of Pharmacy in 1991. Jim joined Magnolia Pharmacy as a Staff Pharmacist with Magnolia Pharmacy since 2018. Jim previously practiced community pharmacy in Conroe and The Woodlands before joining our team. He is sterile compounding certified and compounds sterile medications in the cleanroom at Magnolia Pharmacy. Jim loves spending time with his wife, Kathy, and their two daughters and son. In his spare time, he enjoys playing the guitar, playing basketball, and traveling.
