Naltrexone is FDA-approved at 50mg. The doses your provider may prescribe for autoimmune, chronic pain, or inflammation conditions (typically 0.5–4.5mg) don't exist commercially. They have to be compounded — and that's what we do.
At low doses, naltrexone briefly blocks opioid receptors at night. The body responds by upregulating endogenous endorphin and enkephalin production over the following hours.
Many prescribers and researchers believe this immune-modulating effect is what may help patients with autoimmune and inflammatory conditions feel better — without the sedation or dependence risk of stronger medications.
LDN is being explored across a wide range of inflammatory and autoimmune conditions. Talk to your prescriber about whether it might support your situation.
Hashimoto's, lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, MS.
Widespread pain, tender points, post-exertional flares.
Persistent fatigue, brain fog, post-exertional malaise.
Depression, anxiety, and cognitive symptoms tied to inflammation.
Inflammatory bowel symptoms and gut-immune dysregulation.
Poor recovery, restless sleep, daytime fatigue.
Every formulation that leaves our lab is one we'd give our own family.
— Steve Hoffart, PharmD · Founder
Steve has spent the last decade educating providers on LDN protocols, titration strategies, and the practical reality of compounding it accurately. When your script lands in our lab, it's getting weighed and verified by people who know exactly what it's for.

Naltrexone at standard doses (50mg) is used for substance dependence. At low doses (typically 0.5–4.5mg), it acts very differently — modulating the immune system and reducing inflammation. LDN is being used by prescribers for autoimmune, chronic pain, and inflammatory conditions.
Commercial naltrexone only comes in 50mg tablets. To get a low dose, the medication has to be compounded into a smaller, accurate strength — typically as capsules or a topical cream. This is exactly the kind of work our compounding lab is built for.
Many prescribers start patients at 0.5–1.5mg at bedtime and titrate up over 4–8 weeks toward 3–4.5mg, monitoring response. Your prescriber will design the schedule for you — we'll compound each strength along the way.
LDN is generally well-tolerated at low doses. The most common early side effect is vivid dreams or sleep disruption, which usually resolves within 1–2 weeks. Some people prefer dosing in the morning instead.
Yes. LDN is prescription-only. We work with your existing prescriber, or we can help connect you with providers in our network who specialize in LDN protocols.
Most LDN scripts are compounded the same or next business day. We ship throughout Texas and beyond.
