I was hesitant to try yet another item for menopause so I watched Steve's videos for awhile to learn he really does know a lot and I trusted him in time to try the multi. I needed the extra boost I was missing with the estradiol patch. I don't feel the brain fog anymore and that had really bothered me. It really is the missing pieces I wasn't getting back from the patch. Thank you Steve for being so knowledgeable!
For some reason something in the supplement irritated my esophagus/ upper gi tract. I’m celiac and have IBS so I think I need something gentler. So much great stuff in this supplement but something did not agree with my insides.
I’ve been taking the magnolia multivitamin now for several weeks and I’ve noticed that my own natural hair color is growing back in. I was premature gray in my 30s. This morning after washing my hair I noticed quite a bit of my natural hair color growing in, and my hair is pretty much all gray. I am so excited. I did some research and a leading doctor said that vitamin B 12 deficiency can lead to premature graying of the hair. Well I’m 60 now I’m completely gray, but I’ve noticed some natural hair color coming back in significantly! so thumbs up to Magnolia pharmacy and their multivitamin! . I am going to order more.

I loved my 1st order, 3 bottles of the original formula. Felt better, no digestive issues. Smelled wonderful and had no unpleasant taste. Have been using my 2nd order of 3 bottles of New formula. Experiencing heartburn. Capsules stink and taste bad. Do not like the New formula. It's not just me. My daughter reports the same with New formula.

I especially appreciate hearing how well you did with the original formula. We did make some adjustments to the formula, including reducing the amount of B12, with the goal of improving tolerability. One thing I've seen over the years is that some people are more sensitive to B-complex vitamins, which can occasionally contribute to heartburn or other digestive issues. A couple of things I would suggest trying are taking the capsules in the middle of a meal rather than before or after eating, and splitting the daily dose between breakfast and lunch. I would also avoid taking them with alkaline water. Some people do better with a little fresh lemon juice added to their water, although I would avoid that if acidic drinks tend to aggravate your heartburn. I also appreciate your feedback about the smell and taste. That's certainly something we want to hear about and continue to evaluate. We put a lot of thought into our formulas, and it's disappointing when someone who loved the original version isn't having the same experience. Please feel free to reach out to us directly. This is my second order. Don't know if I should be seeing a difference. I have read recently that the alpha lipoic acid is not nearly enough.

One thing I always tell patients is that Magnolia Multi is a very high-potency multivitamin, so even taking one capsule daily can provide a good amount of nutritional support. If you're doing well with one a day, I certainly wouldn't feel like you have to push yourself to take two. If you'd like to try getting to two capsules daily, I would suggest separating them between breakfast and lunch and taking them in the middle of a meal. Sometimes the higher amounts of B vitamins can contribute to stomach upset, and spreading out the doses can make a big difference. Another thing to consider is whether you're taking a stomach acid blocker, such as a PPI, since these medications can affect the absorption of certain nutrients, particularly B12, over time. If you decide to stay with one capsule daily, I would just encourage you to periodically check your B12, folate, and vitamin D levels to make sure you're getting adequate amounts. This multivitamin has been a game changer for me! I’m post menopausal and this supplement has increased my energy and my hair loss has significantly decreased.
Causes horrible acid reflux.

While most people tolerate the formula well, it is a comprehensive multivitamin with a number of vitamins and nutrients, and occasionally someone may be more sensitive to it. A few things that may help are reducing the dose to just one capsule per day, taking it in the middle or toward the end of a substantial meal, and taking it with a full glass of water. Another option we have found helpful for some people is taking it with water that has a small squeeze of fresh lemon juice added. Certain vitamins, including some of the B vitamins, can sometimes contribute to stomach upset or reflux in sensitive individuals, so lowering the amount taken at one time can make a difference. Most importantly, we don’t want anyone continuing to take a product that consistently makes them feel uncomfortable. Dawn, please reach out to us directly at Magnolia Pharmacy. Magnolia Multi does not contain potassium, so we would not expect it to directly cause an elevated or abnormal potassium level. Potassium levels can be affected by a number of different factors, including medications, kidney function, hydration, and even how the blood sample was collected. Because of that, I would recommend discussing the lab result with your healthcare provider before making any long-term changes. If you are uncomfortable continuing the Magnolia Multi until you have that conversation, it is certainly reasonable to pause it for now or drop to one capsule daily. We’re also happy to review the ingredients with you or answer any questions you or your provider may have.

I started taking these in place of the standard multivitamin after reading a review for Magnolia Pharmacy. It really seems to be making a difference and I am hoping eventually it helps me control my diabetes better.

Great multivitamin
I feel like it is a very good vitamin. I take it and my Mom takes it. We are 72 and 92. The smell is a little off putting but I feel like it is a good vitamin!
The vitamins seem to be fine, better than fine except they are too expensive for a family of 4 considering other products need to be purchased for well rounded health. If one bottle of multi vitamins is $50, by the time one adds magnesium and Omega 3's, that could equal $150 for one person, for ONE month. This is not sustainable in the financial reality the nation finds itself in. It seems that getting well is for rich people only.
