I changed from what I was using to magnolia omegas. 6 months later by cholesterol numbers dropped by 20 plus points. I do take other supplements for cholesterol but I do contribute this supplement to my success.

Was concerned with purity of fish oil I was using as I depend on Fish Oil, reservatrol and Red yeast rice for cholesterol control so I switched to magnolia pharmacy. My cholesterol dropped 24 points in 7 months. Along with excercise I'm continuing to NOT use statins. Thank you. Ps will you ever provide reservatrol and red yeast rice?

I don't know how to review taking a supplement. We take it and hopefully it is doing its job. It's difficult to know if one is working more than the others supplements we are taking.
No stomach issues or bad taste from this Omega 3.

As much as I wanted to like this product and to buy local I am not a fan of taking 4 large capsules.
Store owner replied: Thanks for your review. We do recommend 2000 to 4000 mg of EPA/DHA and sadly with all capsule products it does require about 4 capsules daily. To get the minimum suggested dose, at least take 2 capsules daily. You can have your Omega 6:Omega 3 ration checked so make sure on whatever dose you settle on you keep that ratio at 4:1 or lower.
